1. Is the doll for an adult/ age of child? 
NB: All my dolls, including rag dolls, are sold as collectable heirlooms not toys, as they do not conform to stringent EEC regulations for toy safety in terms of flame retardancy and containing small or loose parts.

2. Detailed description or reference to one in my gallery pages (with photos where applicable)
Please Note: I am not asking for instructions on how to make it!

3. The deadline date for the doll to be made/ when do you need it by? 
(THE DEADLINE TIME SCALE MUST BE AGREED BY EMAIL. Two weeks minimum required once commission has been agreed)

4. Which country is the doll to be posted?
(i.e. Is it to be posted within the UK or outside UK?)

so that you do not lose your place in the queue.
